Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit can be transferred once with at least 48 hours notice. • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. • Remaining balance must be paid on the day of the appointment. • Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. • Hair must be clean, dry, and stretched. Extra fees may apply if hair is not properly prepared. • No-shows will lose their deposit. Repeated no-shows may be banned from booking. • No guests or children allowed unless approved. • Photos may be taken for promotional purposes. Let me know if you prefer not to be photographed. • Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
